Building for ALL: A New Distribution Layer for DePIN Developers

DePIN developers face a heavy burden: building great software is only half the battle. ALL gives developers a new distribution layer without forcing them to abandon what already works.

DePIN developers are building some of the most important infrastructure networks of the future. But many DePIN teams face the same challenge: they are not only building software. They also have to build hardware supply chains, onboarding systems, dashboards, operator communities, reward logic, support flows, and global distribution. That is a lot for any team. A typical DePIN project needs to build the core protocol or application, convince users to buy hardware, explain setup, maintain device software, handle updates, monitor node performance, manage rewards, grow coverage in the right locations, and support users when something goes wrong. Many great DePIN ideas struggle not because the concept is weak, but because hardware distribution and operator management are difficult. ALL is not asking DePIN projects to abandon their existing model. A DePIN project can continue doing whatever it already does today. It can keep selling its own hardware, supporting its current node operators, and maintaining its existing token model, dashboard, app, community, and infrastructure. ALL can work as an additional distribution layer. A DePIN app can be published into the ALL App Store and made available to compatible ALL nodes. This creates access to a wider hardware base without forcing the project to change everything. Developers can keep their direct hardware strategy while also using ALL to expand coverage, test new markets, reduce deployment friction, and reach operators who do not want to buy single-purpose devices. For DePIN developers, distribution is everything. A network becomes more valuable when it has more useful nodes in more useful locations. But reaching those locations is hard. ALL gives developers a marketplace where node operators are already looking for apps to run. The developer gets a new channel. The node operator gets a new earning opportunity. The end user gets better service availability. The future of DePIN will belong to developers who can get useful services into the real world quickly. ALL is building the app store for that future.
