ALL360
activation guide.

This guide walks you through every step, from unboxing to your first Active status in the ALL portal. If you have several devices, the steps are the same — just repeat the activation flow for each of them.

An ALL360 unit connected by ethernet cable to a home router on a desk
Before you start

You'll need

  • Your ALL360 device, as delivered
  • The ethernet cable included in the box
  • The power adapter included in the box
  • A free ethernet port on your router
  • A stable power outlet within reach of the router
  • Your activation email, with a key for each unit
  • 5 to 10 minutes of uninterrupted time
Tip
Open your activation email on the same device you'll use to sign into the portal. You'll want to copy the activation key, not type it.
STEP 01

Unbox and inspect

  1. 01Carefully open the shipping carton and lift the unit out by its sides — never by a protruding cable or port.
  2. 02Confirm the box contains: 1 × ALL360 unit, 1 × ethernet cable, 1 × power adapter and 1 × quick-start card.
  3. 03Inspect the housing for cracks, dents or any other shipping damage.
If anything is missing or damaged
Stop here and don't power the ALL360 on. Get in touch first — see Need help? below.
STEP 02

Find your serial number

Your serial number is printed on a label on the base of the unit. It is not on the shipping label or the outer packaging, so it always stays with the device itself.

  1. 01Carefully flip the unit over so the base is facing up.
  2. 02Find the line labelled SN : followed by an 8-character alphanumeric code, for example CH6D0275.
  3. 03Write the serial number down, or take a photo of the label. You'll need to type it exactly into the portal.
  4. 04Set the unit back upright before continuing.
Heads up
The serial number is case-sensitive. Don't confuse the letter O with the number 0, or the letter I with the number 1. It contains no hyphens or spaces.
STEP 03

Connect and power on

  1. 01Place the unit near your router in a well-ventilated spot. Avoid enclosed cabinets, direct sunlight, or stacking other electronics on top.
  2. 02Plug the ethernet cable into a free port on your router, and the other end into the port on the back of the unit.
  3. 03Plug the power adapter into the unit, then into a wall outlet.
  4. 04Press the power button on the front of the unit — a brief press, don't hold it.
  5. 05Watch the status lights: solid means the unit is powered and connected, red means a fault — see Troubleshooting.

Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the unit to fully boot the first time.

About the lights
Because units are produced in large batches, there can be minor differences in the components that report CPU status, so the exact light behaviour isn't fixed. As a rule, one light stays on and the other flashes: steady means the signal is normal, flashing means data is being transmitted.
STEP 04

Activate in your ALL portal

Open your portal using the link in your activation email and sign in with the same email address you used to place your order. Every unit you've purchased already appears on your dashboard, each with a status showing where it is on the journey from order to live.

Pending allocation
Your order has been placed and the unit is being prepared for shipping.
In transit
Your unit has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Delivered
Your unit has arrived and is ready for you to activate.
Active
Your unit is live and contributing to the network.

To activate a unit that has been delivered:

  1. 01Click the device card showing the Delivered status. The name on the card should match one of the names in your activation email.
  2. 02In the activation panel, enter the serial number exactly as printed on the base (step 02) and the activation key copied from your activation email.
  3. 03Click Activate.

The status will change to Active. This can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on network demand.

STEP 05

Repeat for any additional unit

If your activation email lists more than one unit:

  1. 01Repeat step 02 (find the serial number) and step 04 (activate) for each additional unit.
  2. 02Each unit has its own unique serial number and activation key — don't reuse them.
  3. 03The order doesn't matter, but pairing the right key with the right unit does.
