Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
1. Our Commitment
Privacy is foundational to ALL360. ALL OS and your applications run locally on your hardware. Device management happens via your local network (all360.local) without routing through external cloud servers. This Policy explains what limited data we collect when you interact with our website, store, and account services.
2. Data We Collect
We collect: (a) account information (name, email, password hash) when you register; (b) order and billing information when you purchase hardware or subscribe to apps; (c) basic technical data (IP address, browser, device type) for security and analytics; (d) optional support communications.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect data processed locally on your ALL360 device. Application data, files, and node activity remain on your hardware. We have no access to your device's content unless you explicitly share it with us for support purposes.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to: process orders, deliver hardware, provide customer support, send transactional emails, improve our website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process personal data based on: contract performance (orders, subscriptions), legitimate interest (security, analytics), legal obligation (tax records), and consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies).
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with: payment processors (to handle transactions), shipping partners (to deliver hardware), and authorities when legally required. We never sell your data to third parties.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Order records are kept for 10 years for tax compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), regular security audits, and strict internal access controls to protect your data.
10. Contact
To exercise your rights or ask questions, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@all.is.one.
