1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ALL360 hardware, ALL OS software, the App Marketplace, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. The Services

ALL360 provides personal infrastructure hardware and an operating system that allows users to run applications, host services, and operate nodes locally. The Services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding uptime, earnings, or specific outcomes from operating a node.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify ALL360 immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Hardware Purchases

All hardware purchases are subject to availability, our return policy, and applicable warranties. The ALL360 01 device comes with a 12-month limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects.

5. App Marketplace

Applications offered through the App Marketplace are provided by third-party developers. ALL360 acts as a distribution platform and is not responsible for the functionality, security, or content of third-party apps. Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

6. Node Operation & Earnings

Earnings from operating a node depend on multiple factors including uptime, network demand, and the specific apps installed. ALL360 does not guarantee any minimum earnings. You are responsible for any taxes owed on income generated.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to host illegal content, to interfere with the network, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' devices or data.

8. Intellectual Property

All ALL360 trademarks, logos, software, and content are the exclusive property of ALL360 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALL360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
